March wrapped up the first quarter of 2021 that, so far, has been full of record-breaking listings and sales. The local real estate market in Palm Beach County has continued to strengthen, garnering national attention from various publications such as The Wall Street Journal and Forbes. As younger snowbirds and year-round residents continue to flock to Palm Beach County, big-name firms, trendy restaurants and retailers have followed with new outposts in the Sunshine State.

In February, we touched on Rosemary Square, the new mixed-use development in West Palm Beach. According to The Palm Beach Post, the project is set to start welcoming tenants in the second quarter. The article mentions that Goldman Sachs has narrowed their search for office space to the area. 

In Boca Raton, various new tenants are set to move into Mizner Park in 2021 with Egg New York, a children's boutique, the most recent to open its doors. According to sources, a prominent eatery is eyeing retail space in Palmetto Promenade for its next location.

Overall, home prices for Palm Beach County hit a record high in February as demand in the area soars.

  • 12330 Cascades Pointe Drive located in Boca Falls. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is asking $799,900.
  • 5665 NE Trieste Way located in Trieste. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome is asking $765,000.
  • 7031 NW 3rd Avenue located in one of East Boca Raton's few gated neighborhoods, Boca Lake Estates. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is asking $575,000.
