My buyer’s realtor was Teri. She was exceptional in every way. She listened to what I wanted. Showed me properties that met my criteria. She was reliable and punctual. There was no pressure. Since I was not in Florida for the inspection or closing, she was there, or she coordinated that Toni be there. Since I am still not in Florida, Teri continues to be involved. She researched and provided me the name of a handyman in my development and has expressed a willingness to deliver the key to my house to him or relatives if I cannot come to Florida in a reasonable time frame. I think Teri is most exceptional. Toni also provided an exceptional service by attending the closing and staying in communication with me.
