New year, same mission: to guide you home. This is what drives us in everything that we do on a daily basis. While our mission remains the same, we do have new business goals for the New Year aimed at helping us better achieve this mission. If you're a seller, better means selling your home faster and for more money. If you're a buyer, better means finding your dream home with true value in the current market. For us, we want to help even more people find home in 2021 than in 2020. Here are some of our business goals that we believe will help us achieve all of the above:
- Implement a new customer relationship management software. Sounds fancy, huh? A customer relationship management software supports sales management, delivers actionable insights, integrates with social media and facilitates team communication. Essentially, it helps us work more efficiently and effectively. By working smarter and not harder, our focus can remain on what matters most: your real estate needs!
- Streamline marketing efforts across all mediums. Print, digital, social media, etc. We entered 2020 with a beautiful, grand marketing plan complete with events, content ideas and advertising opportunities. Then, like many businesses, a global pandemic forced us to abandon the plan and pivot. We have spent the past couple of months working on exciting marketing projects for 2021, and are hopeful we will continue on this positive path back to normalcy.
- The Pam & Toni Team is going digital. A big part of our marketing plan mentioned above is digital! Many experts have said that the pandemic has catapulted our industry 10 years into the future. Virtual showings, closings and everything in between. We believe this trend is here to stay. So, we are fully embracing a suite of digital marketing efforts in 2021.
- Help 100 people find their home in 2021. This is our B.H.A.G. (big, hairy, audacious goal!) In 2020, we helped 81 people find their place in the world. We are already making some big strides towards achieving the goals listed above. Why not reach for the stars? The best is yet to come!
